1. I will have to watch the movie with mx player now.Awsome app.. Needed to view up/down 3d video on my VR, got it in SBS .. got what I wanted.. but couldnt actually enjoy it because i wasnt able to adjust the ratio as per my need and thats why its useless.. Fix it, add the feature asap, with this feature your app is going to be the best and i am going to use it quite often..Worked great till about March 2021.

It'd be really great if the app remembers the previous 3D setting used when opening new videos.The thing .I like about this application.for which I don't know about as I was unaware of .that.you can play any e-book .while having many video played .& from the behind you can run 2 audio application.at the same time .now it's on your head & at your ear.thay can listen two audio at the same time or not.

3. So far, I haven't been able to see any of my videos because I don't know how to just close the menu, to watch my video.

4. But one thing I don't like about this application.I cannot change language like if I was watching movie godfather.I cannot change language from English to Hindi in the application is gettingthe app is fabulous and i would give it 5 stars or even 6 stars.

5. but the url option doesn't work,it says that the video can't play or it keeps on buffering,i waited for 20 mins 😂.

6. I was trying to watch a movie right now with this player but no subtitles were showing even though i had selected the subs.

7. The android 3-botton panel in the bottom of the sceen remains black and unused when playing videos in landscape mode.

8. Anyway thanks ellite apps for this wonderful app, i can watch 3d anaglyph movie with my android tv or with my mobile phone.

9. Trying to return to the video, takes you back to the list of videos.

11. make a folder reader coz my videos are organized in a folder and pls fix sometimes it's lag, buffering issues and the app crash itself sometimes.

1. Fix DiME 3D Player Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DiME 3D Player: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DiME 3D Player App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DiME 3D Player" » Open DiME 3D Player » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DiME 3D Player » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DiME 3D Player app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DiME 3D Player servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DiME 3D Player" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DiME 3D Player app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DiME 3D Player might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DiME 3D Player. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DiME 3D Player then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DiME 3D Player not working

2. Fix DiME 3D Player Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DiME 3D Player be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DiME 3D Player not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DiME 3D Player may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
