1. Who in their right mind that the reset page was a good featureUnable to complete sign up, submit button on second section greyed out after entering all data.

2. I want the $0.05 off gas, though, so I went to the website and signed up that way.Very polite and helpful employees and very welcoming when I was inside the storeI like the way the line be long but the cashiers are fast.

3. Then the attendants act lost about why it does not work or how to get your savings.Great Experiences! although, compared to other gas stations, where more offers are offered, this one could very well use more deals through the app! thank you though.

4. The username never pops up and the card number and pw keeps coming back...guest not available.

5. The staff at luke's are always nice and helpful.For two days I've tried to load this app on my phone and it will not load.

1. Fix Luke UP Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Luke UP Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Luke UP Rewards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Luke UP Rewards" » Open Luke UP Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Luke UP Rewards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Luke UP Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Luke UP Rewards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Luke UP Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Luke UP Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Luke UP Rewards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Luke UP Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Luke UP Rewards then reinstall.
