1. I believe this is a scam app not affiliated with Hard Rock directly.I got an offer ( on this app) for my birthday which was one on one on entrees , but the moment I wanted to avail this offer wht they did is they deactivated my account and then after that I wasn't able to sign it as it was showing that my id or password is wrong even though I was sure about yhe fact that i had put all the right digits and right email id so it can't be wrong and as i couldn't sign in hence i couldn't provide my reward id too at the time of billing .
2. Why the hell would someone even include "remember me" tick box if it doesn't work?Keeps saying that my user and password dont match their records.
3. However, they work on my computer and when I log in through email when I reset the password.. Has always worked fine and has only just started doing this in the last couple of weeks.this app really needs an update.
4. My question is what good is the is the app if one is unable to use it!! As of june 27 the app still does not work I guess they gave up on the appI find it ridiculous that there's no way for me to verify my visits through this app with my receipt (in hand, ready to give my info as proof).
5. It gives me an error user name / password dont match our records.
6. On my laptop I can sign in with the same email and password.
7. Thumbs down!Still asking for additional sign in to review your information, additionally that it takes you to a website.
8. Hard Rock has too much money and tech available to them, but still can't have a decent app.Can't sign in.
9. The app is useless now.I read all reviews and I agree with majority of them in regards to App not linking to actual hard rock accounts.
10. the birthday reward doesn't show on the app at the start of the month so you can't actually use it for your birthday.
11. Please consider fixing this - after all a reward is only redeedmed if its serial number is input into the system by a waiter.
