1. I believe this is a scam app not affiliated with Hard Rock directly.I got an offer ( on this app) for my birthday which was one on one on entrees , but the moment I wanted to avail this offer wht they did is they deactivated my account and then after that I wasn't able to sign it as it was showing that my id or password is wrong even though I was sure about yhe fact that i had put all the right digits and right email id so it can't be wrong and as i couldn't sign in hence i couldn't provide my reward id too at the time of billing .

2. Why the hell would someone even include "remember me" tick box if it doesn't work?Keeps saying that my user and password dont match their records.

3. However, they work on my computer and when I log in through email when I reset the password.. Has always worked fine and has only just started doing this in the last couple of weeks.this app really needs an update.

4. My question is what good is the is the app if one is unable to use it!! As of june 27 the app still does not work I guess they gave up on the appI find it ridiculous that there's no way for me to verify my visits through this app with my receipt (in hand, ready to give my info as proof).

8. Hard Rock has too much money and tech available to them, but still can't have a decent app.Can't sign in.

10. the birthday reward doesn't show on the app at the start of the month so you can't actually use it for your birthday.

1. Fix Hard Rock Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hard Rock Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hard Rock Rewards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hard Rock Rewards" » Open Hard Rock Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hard Rock Rewards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hard Rock Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hard Rock Rewards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hard Rock Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hard Rock Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hard Rock Rewards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hard Rock Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hard Rock Rewards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hard Rock Rewards not working

2. Fix Hard Rock Rewards Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hard Rock Rewards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hard Rock Rewards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hard Rock Rewards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
