Why should I report an Issue with Play Lite?

1. I recommend unless you don't like the flaws.So far so good! The floating window can be multiple sizes, I can like, and even comment on the videos! 👍 I could access and add to all of my playlists as well! 😍 Still needs improvement with the sharing feature (it didn't share for me unless I brought it to full screen first🙄), and I wish they could somehow add 📍notifications🙏, but hey, I love that it does most of what I need and frees up a little storage! 😊It's a very good app.

Maybe even comment!Basic functions like on web or browser version, except I cannot view my playlists or videos without "playing" them, limited to either full screen or window, difficulty browsing while watching with the small window player, which is ok, some videos dont appear in watch history, dont know why, all in all, not bad but can still be improved I hope, thanks for the work in developing this.It's good.

3. It would become great if I could just 'see' the video along with being able to hear it, in the floating window mode.

4. Still worth it but I wish they would improve it just a little and I would gladly give it 5 stars.Pretty good - I think!! (If it saves me as much 4G data as I'm hoping, I'll give it an extra star! 🌟 Time will tell.) There are one or two annoying BUGS however - and lack of functions I want.

5. When i'm done watching a video and I click on another video under the bar thing(Where you can see the length of the video, ect.) it would switch to the browser version and leave the bar from the last video.

6. I bought the floating upgrade and.😦 It sucks, you can't fast-forward in floating window mode! If you click + on the player it doesn't get fullscreen.

7. Sometimes the videos won't load and it gives a black screen, the default res is only 360, the videos when paused unpause randomly, and there's not a way to comment.

8. Anyhow, my experience is that the app works good but what I find is missing is the ability to move ahead or back in the video.

9. Can't switch between small player and large, if u back out of full-screen it just closes the video then u have to search to find it again.

10. Currently you cannot and the video takes you back to the beginning at times when fiddling around with the mini player which is very annoying.

11. To use the "share to" Android feature, so you can easily open videos from links or the official YouTube app.

1. Fix Play Lite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Play Lite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Play Lite App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Play Lite" » Open Play Lite » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Play Lite » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Play Lite app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Play Lite servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Play Lite" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Play Lite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Play Lite might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Play Lite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Play Lite then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Play Lite not working

2. Fix Play Lite Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Play Lite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Play Lite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Play Lite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
