1. DisgustingGood app, easy to take hands on it.Quick and efficient way of booking tickets online! OurBus is simply the best! Love it!!!This has got to be worst spamming bus service I have ever tried, took my first ride from buffalo to ny in Feb and I have been getting discount mails filling my inbox.

2. The drivers have been great, too! The wifi has been spotty in case that matters to people, but that's never been important to me.The ourbus app is smooth and allows you to book tickets in the blink of an eye.

3. Worst case, you end up stuck in a random city 😂Super affordable tickets, extremely clear and informative interfaces (a luxury in the budget bus space, I've found), and every route I've taken has been on-time.

4. But all tickets show up.App is great and user friendly, the only updates I would suggest are allowing maps to open when clicking the pickup/drop off link and also allowing users to track the bus prior to its arrival to the designated stop.Bad policy/CustService.

5. I tried reaching customer service but they were no help and now I'm left with 127 dollars sitting in an app...My husband and I got tickets from a candy store in 85 & 3rd Ave, they never added our names to their system and that was a nightmare.

6. Till date I have received more than 15 emails and coupons are you guys seriously a bus company or a coupon company? Stop spamming people, I am never taking ourbus again.

7. This was fine since I wanted to change my bus ticket anyways but when I went to go checkout it hadn't used any of my credits and instead took it out of my debit card.

8. While I would usually give this app a 3- or 4-star rating, it gets 1-star because of the continual pop up notifications telling you to share the service with friends.

9. I had to refund a bus ticket, which I was only able to transfer into "ourbus credits."(ourbus credits not redeemable).

10. If someone wants to ride with you they will period otherwise backoff!Not the most trustworthy service.

11. Customer service is somewhere between unhelpful and hard to get a hold of.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Ride with OurBus App Issues

1. Fix Ride with OurBus App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
