Why should I report an Issue with Oscleton: Ableton companion?

1. I know that that wouldn't be the point of the app necessarily, but I wonder if it could be added into the app? It would be an immensely helpful feature.App Works Great! It is just a little limited, so I'm going to give a few suggestions here: A waveform view would be nice, and being able to browse the sound library would be awesome.I installed this app but its not opening, its telling that "Send bug report to MI for analysis? This report may contain personally identifiable information.

So what to do, pls solve my problem......the setup is long... and after entering the computer IP address, the app does not connect to Live on the computer.Been trying for ages now and can't get it to work can't even get live and phone to connect and I have a S22 so yea hopefully this gets sorted because a bit of a shameThis is a brilliant app.

1. Fix Oscleton Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Oscleton: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Oscleton App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Oscleton" » Open Oscleton: Ableton companion » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Oscleton » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Oscleton: Ableton companion app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Oscleton servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Oscleton: Ableton companion" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Oscleton app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Oscleton might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Oscleton. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Oscleton then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Oscleton not working

2. Fix Oscleton Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Oscleton be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Oscleton not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Oscleton may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
