1. I got the paid version, since I originally wanted to use the knobs, couldn't get them to work though.. Found quite a few problems, still cool as heck that the main part is for free.I greatly recommend this app! Tried it out to check the connection of Launchbuttons free on my android phone via WiFi to ableton Live on my laptop.

2. I lost thousands of music files and had to reformat my pc twice and reset the biosI feel there is not much support, is the developer still active? I almost bought the app but it feels like there is not a lot of work in progress or a good changelog to be foundWorks perfectly, i didn't know how to music and now I'm touring with skrillax.

1. Fix Launch Buttons Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Launch Buttons: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Launch Buttons App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Launch Buttons" » Open Launch Buttons - Ableton MIDI » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Launch Buttons » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Launch Buttons - Ableton MIDI app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Launch Buttons servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Launch Buttons - Ableton MIDI " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Launch Buttons app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Launch Buttons might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Launch Buttons. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Launch Buttons then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Launch Buttons not working

2. Fix Launch Buttons Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Launch Buttons be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Launch Buttons not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Launch Buttons may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
