1. The not-so good thing is, that the virtual agent only has a few lines of conversation in its program, causing some frustration when it replies in a broken-record style of conversation: "Please enter the itinerary number associated with this booking.

2. Best app I've ever used w/ many hotels and flight choices a great prices! Lately it's been very slow loading to access hotel lists, and the maps continuously crash when trying to enlarge or move around.

3. It's not an app issue, just different companies have different policies.Hotels and Flights ,and Cars, are so easy to find within your parameters.
