Easy to use interface, hope there's confirmation b4 'place to order'Very bad.the food is delivered one hour before lunch time and it becomes very cold.i feel like portions smaller than usual, if two people ordered the same dish from the same restaurant they package it in one bag you end up searching for your meal... the subscription fee is stupid... i can get better prices and offers from other apps with no subscription.

2. Options of choosing delivery time Now what you could improve: There is no space, hope to be able to write another messageWhat happened to munch on?? Is it no longer available? They're saying it's part of careem but careem's app been here for a while and it has nothing to do with munch on, I don't need offers, I need convinience I need limited menu for a limited price to make choice easier.

3. Looking for a new app.Love Munch On! 💯 A friend of mine told me about it initially and I thought it was too good to be true, but it's the best thing I've signed up to easily! Been using it for a while now and the choice of meals everyday is great! It would cost me so much more to buy all the ingredients instead.

4. The restaurants themselves do the delivery task so times vary when it arrives but just order early and so far meals arrived on time in my experience although there were instances when the delivery guy would make the excuse of being lost somewhere.

5. Another thing I noticed is the consistency and accuracy regarding the delivery time of the food, it always came on time.Literally the worst Vegetarian options.

1. Fix MUNCH Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MUNCH: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MUNCH App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MUNCH" » Open MUNCH:ON - Food delivery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MUNCH » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MUNCH:ON - Food delivery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MUNCH servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MUNCH:ON - Food delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MUNCH app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MUNCH might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MUNCH. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MUNCH then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MUNCH not working

2. Fix MUNCH Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MUNCH be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MUNCH not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MUNCH may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
