Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ODOT Location Finder Issues

1. Fix ODOT Location Finder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ODOT Location Finder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ODOT Location Finder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ODOT Location Finder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ODOT Location Finder might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ODOT Location Finder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ODOT Location Finder then reinstall.
