I love this app, its been really helpful, but it would have been nice if the restrictions for free use and details of purchasing premium were more transparent.Updated to a 5 star for a very quick and efficient response and fix to my issue! Thanks!! I was super excited about this app, even purchased the premium version.

2. I would love to see a widget for this app though (am I the only one that loves widgets still?)This app has been awesome for getting my kids motivated!! My oldest has been trying to outdo himself every week, and even my three year old loves to do her chores and get points! One thing I would change is making it easier to give partial credit if a kid only does half the job, or 3/4 of it.

3. I've used other task apps that handle setting up chores with a much better UI than Nipto.No warning for the pay wall block- all of a sudden, immediately after giving this app 5 stars, now I can't schedule any more tasks without buying premium.

4. I have figured out work arounds, but the app is working slower since the update and the workarounds, and even the usage if the app, has become more difficult.I love the idea of this app!! We are just a couple weeks in and our family is starting to work better together with chores.

1. Fix Nipto Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nipto: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nipto App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nipto" » Open Nipto: Split Household Chores » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nipto » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nipto: Split Household Chores app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nipto servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nipto: Split Household Chores" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nipto app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nipto might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nipto. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nipto then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nipto not working

2. Fix Nipto Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nipto be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nipto not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nipto may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
