Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Team Maker Issues
1. Fix Team Maker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Team Maker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Team Maker App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Team Maker" » Open Team Maker » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Team Maker » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Team Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Team Maker servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Team Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Team Maker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Team Maker might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Team Maker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Team Maker then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Team Maker not working
2. Fix Team Maker Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Team Maker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
