Why should I report an Issue with Team Counters - Overwatch?

But at the same time if a roadhog is destroying you switching to reaper will help.It's an ok app, would be great if you could update it again and add Sigma, Baptiste and Echo in the app so we can see who can counter them in death matches!missing heroes, this is out dated and is also missing all of the buffs so it is not useful, things have changedThis app is absolutely terrible.

2. would like an update with all heroes.Its nice i kinda dont get the game but i think its supposed to be like if the Overwatch characters when agaents each other you can see who would if thats what it is but anyway im new to Overwatch and until i get the real game for Christmas 2020 i have this and by the way my fav character is D.va i love herJust the app I was looking for.

3. But needs to be updated for new characters.So I love the concept of the app it's just that it at first glance you won't understand and another thing is they still haven't updated it yet for sigma baptestie and echo .

4. an app like this practically has to be synced to the overwatch updates, and i would really like to at LEAST see the latest hero thats in the live server, if not the most recent live and ptr versions.If you need this app you're silver or bronze.

5. If you're on Mcree and you think switching to genji to counter a hanzo is a good idea you're wrong.

6. The idea of counter picking is good but in most cases you have to outplay who ever you are trying to counter.

7. Its a reall good idea, and I like you can change the settings so you can pick your own counters.

8. If you're roadhog and you're going against reaper you don't need to switch just play careful.

9. (cause i really don't agree with some of them) Not really sure why supports are in blue? Maybe there could be changed to Green, Orange and Red.

10. Orange to be given if the match up is just below or above half way.great app, but...out of date.

1. Fix Team Counters Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Team Counters: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Team Counters App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Team Counters" » Open Team Counters - Overwatch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Team Counters » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Team Counters - Overwatch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Team Counters servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Team Counters - Overwatch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Team Counters app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Team Counters might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Team Counters. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Team Counters then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Team Counters not working

2. Fix Team Counters Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Team Counters be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Team Counters not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Team Counters may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
