1. The quality for taking pictures & videos is horrible, my phone camera is much better than that, come on now! Plus the format of snapping & recording sucks, why not let it look realistic like it was recorded with a real rectangular phone camera instead of a little square?! Don't download this disappointmentHi, this is from a personal experience... I used this app about 1-2 years ago and it worked perfectly fine! But now whenever I tried to start up the app it just.. Crashes I've reported this already, I just thought I'd make a review about it, I have a LG empire tripute, version 8.1.0. I loved your app when I could actually use it... Please respond back to me as quick as you can, please.Well it's ok but it's very expensive and the free stuff isn't that much.

2. Also this app is absolute trash, if you accidentally tilt your phone it deletes your video permanently, and also it's very laggy when your watching the video you maderegardless of quality, I am unable to share , copy, or store.

4. This app is complete garbage! The horizontal line feature is the only unlocked feature available, watching the ads won't help unlock the other features, they'll just waste your time.

5. It had potential, but far from useful.Is this app compatible with ALL Android phones or its compatible with certain types?🤨 I'm just wondering because this app keeps on stopping on my phone.

7. Although, can you PLEASE make a save button? I did the best I have ever don't in all my tries but there's no save...when I clicked the envelope, it crashed.I can't even save the video I made.

8. And it's completely laggy - When I finally make a video the sound is so late! And it's all fuzzy for some reason.

1. Fix Splitvid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Splitvid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Splitvid App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Splitvid" » Open Splitvid - Split Video Camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Splitvid » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Splitvid - Split Video Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Splitvid servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Splitvid - Split Video Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Splitvid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Splitvid might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Splitvid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Splitvid then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Splitvid not working

2. Fix Splitvid Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Splitvid be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Splitvid not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Splitvid may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
