I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a good kids' TV show app!I've been using this app for a few years now but it recently stopped working it won't load any shows when I open it it goes to the loading screen but then shuts down please help fix itIt has a really good selection on shows but, I'm kind of sad that it doesn't have games anymore that's very disappointing.It's the only TV channel app that doesn't let you cast to a TV.

I feel that this is an easy fix and should be dealt with promptly for something so bothersome to my daughter and I as it startles us quite often and makes the viewing experience that much more unconventional.EDIT: app now working after most recent update - not sure what they did to fix it, but works for me now! PRIOR: Used to work great, but in the last few weeks it just crashes anytime I try to load it.

3. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it just keeps crashing.Super great application! Love all the on-demand shows!.This app is awesome! It has all of the Nick Jr.

4. Responded to a similar complaint last month saying the casting issue has been resolved, and to reinstall if it still doesn't work.

6. But one thing that has bothered me so much with this app is that the commercials are SO MUCH LOUDER than the shows my daughter is watching.

7. It doesn't support Chromecast, it's unstable, slow, and episode selection is nonexistant.

1. Fix Nick Jr Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nick Jr: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nick Jr App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nick Jr" » Open Nick Jr - Watch Kids TV Shows » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nick Jr » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nick Jr - Watch Kids TV Shows app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nick Jr servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nick Jr - Watch Kids TV Shows" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nick Jr app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nick Jr might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nick Jr. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nick Jr then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nick Jr not working

2. Fix Nick Jr Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nick Jr be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nick Jr not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nick Jr may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
