If not your app is a scam, I think you just want to get the work from the other artist...be careful I will do a vlog for this .Pls i just uploaded a song but when i try to view it through the website it shows this page do no longer exists and there has been no progress showing how successful it going pls i need a feedback as soon as possible 🙏This is the most effective music app i have ever used... Easy to use and access... I most definatly have to recomend this to all my artist friends.

Thank you so much for this.This is a Unique Platform That has Become a Game Changer to the Music Artists and also Made easier to the funs to access Favorite music Directly.A good app for artists to distribute their music...very helpful and a very good interface tooNice app but I just released a song now but no message was sent to me,like date of released or congratulations so I don't know how to get my link and share with friends.By far the best music distribution app.

I have tried to edit the cover photo for uploading a release its not uploadung this App need to be improved for east accessabilityScam...some info of my single is not correct after I've submitted ..I double checked everything before submitting, then the website can be found.. very different from the other platform where I've submitted my same single, everything is organized.

4. I have tried to search for Music its not available I have seen none.

5. It's very bad and poor service.After the update and patches, I have found it a very good and useful app.

1. Fix Newwell Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Newwell: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Newwell App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Newwell" » Open Newwell for Artists » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Newwell » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Newwell for Artists app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Newwell servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Newwell for Artists" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Newwell app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Newwell might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Newwell. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Newwell then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Newwell not working

2. Fix Newwell Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Newwell be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Newwell not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Newwell may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
