1. I had no idea that my music was being played in so many different countries! I can see who adds my music to a playlist, who comments on my tracks, how many listens, followers, influencers (still having trouble understanding this one), and so much more.

I dunno what changed but it's super disappointing.It was a good experience but now I'm not getting any updated notifications Edit: notifications are fine but i stopped getting milestone updates.It's unfortunate that what you previously provided in aggregated information on plays and playlists is now hidden behind a pay wall.

1. Restart HeartBeat Music Analytics: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HeartBeat Music Analytics App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HeartBeat Music Analytics" » Open HeartBeat Music Analytics » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HeartBeat Music Analytics » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HeartBeat Music Analytics app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HeartBeat Music Analytics servers.
