1. Guess I will find something else.No updates in 21 months and counting! This app isn't very good it gives you a notification that there's a story but anytime you click on the notification it doesn't actually take it to the story it takes to the contact us page no matter what the notification is always takes you to the contact us page if you're lucky enough to find the story it notified you about to view on the main page you can see it there if it's not there you're pretty much out of luck! King 5 app here I come!Why does this app keep crashing after couple minutes?! Must restart every time.

2. Don't waste your time with this appThe new update does not allow full screen anymore, Cheap and worthless "up"date! Latest update, still no ability for landscape mode like original app... Terrible for people with sight issues, but this will be ignored.Can't believe there is still no changes to issues.

3. Please! For the love of god, fix this now! I love the KOMO News crew, but if I can not watch a full screen anymore, then I will start watching KIRO 7 instead.Its the only Seattle news app I use.

4. Will not be reinstalling!Clicking a notification takes you to the Explore section every time, never to the actual story.

5. Don't waste your time with this one!You had a great working and then in one foul swoop, you destroyed it with this last update!!!! Why? The entire feed is completely non- intuitive now.

6. Headlines and content update at a decent rate, breaking news can usually be followed fine without jumping to the browser, and very few ads to have to navigate around.

7. What's worse for me is that you can no longer watch live feed in full screen.

8. Wanted to watch one of the reports since I was in it, but it took 10 minutes to do so for a 3 minute report due to the player's complete inability to hold a buffer of any longer than 10 seconds.

9. Also: embedding multiple videos in one story and having an ad in each one is pathetic, considering how many other static ads are embedded in the same story.

10. If you touch the screen when the app starts, you are sent to the sponsor website .

1. Fix KOMO News Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KOMO News: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KOMO News App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KOMO News" » Open KOMO News Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KOMO News » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KOMO News Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KOMO News servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KOMO News Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KOMO News app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KOMO News might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KOMO News. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KOMO News then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KOMO News not working

2. Fix KOMO News Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KOMO News be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KOMO News not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KOMO News may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
