Why should I report an Issue with The Australian?

1. Called their I.T. helpline, a joke, same old things to try, uninstall etc etc! Paying for an App subscription that I can't always use, close to cancelling!!! So called improved site, unable to view my own account, keeps asking me to log in on different articles, fix or lose my subscription for good.

2. Utterly hopeless.A good read tbough I find the Podcast section upfront of the digital paper annoying.

3. So to not have to flip through all of their podcast when I just want to read the paper I need to go back to the main header to move to the paper again.

8. So a thought how about moving the Podcasts away from the reading section, as it is a paper, Please please consider! The only negative is the App constantly crashes.
