Why should I report an Issue with Piano: Learn & Play Songs?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Netigen to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The keys are very sensitive often being pressed with the lightest of touches which is frustrating when trying to play as quite often you will press the key next to the key you are playing causing you to play two notes at once.This doesnt really affect learning of the actual piano because it's really hard to play a chord sometimes when i try to click a white key in between the black it chooses the black keys instead probably only able to learn the right hand which people play with both hands and when they do it irl it doesn't really sound that good but like try to do left hand and right hand practices added to the game Iteven hard to play if theres an ad at the bottom and it wont be worth it if buy no ad UninstalledTerrible.

And, I don't know yet if it worked, but I think they need to fix that bug, besides that, this app is awesome, since I don't have a piano and I think it's fun to mess around with the different notes and stuff So overall good app 👍Well,I love it so far,ill rate it 5 stars and thanks for your time and help!!🤔🤔This is a great app for people who don't have a keyboard or piano but I would like to give a suggestion.

3. App is basic but hey, it's free.It's very highly musically sounding only thing i cannot seem to locate the option for extending more sound quality for extending the reverb.but does have a good tonal sound quality of that of a real piano!!!!!!!It's an ok piano.

4. But people who don't have a keyboard or piano I suggest you to download and run this app because you can figure out the songs on your own and that will improve your mindApp description says it uses minimal permissions, which is cool.

8. Don't only offer contemporary and classical .I would give it a 4 1/2 if i could, it's an awesome piano app! It's just... I had to Uninstall it and reinstall it just to stop learning a song.

9. Every time I hit a key, there a slight bit of lag and the sound finally plays but by that point I've already hit like three other notes.

1. Fix Piano Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Piano: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Piano App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Piano" » Open Piano: Learn & Play Songs » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Piano » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Piano: Learn & Play Songs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Piano servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Piano: Learn & Play Songs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Piano app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Piano might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Piano. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Piano then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Piano not working

2. Fix Piano Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Piano be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Piano not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Piano may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
