1. So there is a one to one connection between internet relay and thermostat.It has all the features I was used to when heating with gas/thermostat, but for each of the radiators separately, which is great.

2. App needs time to mature the app and make more user friendly.I love how easy this is to use! The app is simple, and if I forget to change the setting, no problem, I do it from my phone! The graphs are interesting to monitor how long the boiler is running.Its a bit complicated to make profiles for each part of the day for the whole set of valves.

Need to open the app when you leave your home to click on "away" and reopen it when you're back...Very good interface, but unfortunately, in the case of a thermostat if the relay malfunctions, then you have no choice but to buy a new relay together with another thermostat, as the old one will work only with the old relay.

4. App was bit confusing to me, but I got it once I started distinguish between valve and room :-).The app is great for controlling and monitoring the heating system.

5. The whole idea of remotely controlling your thermostat is defeated by the fact that you never know if you can connect.

7. There used to be a bug with poor connection from the relay - it often took a couple of restarts of the app until the connection was established - but it seems to have been fixed.

1. Fix Netatmo Energy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Netatmo Energy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Netatmo Energy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Netatmo Energy" » Open Netatmo Energy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Netatmo Energy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Netatmo Energy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Netatmo Energy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Netatmo Energy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Netatmo Energy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Netatmo Energy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Netatmo Energy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Netatmo Energy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Netatmo Energy not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Netatmo Energy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Netatmo Energy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Netatmo Energy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
