1. Very disappointed that I can't have access to bank account though appEvery since the name change my app just shows "Point of Sale Withdraw" I have to click on each one individually to see where the purchase is from.
2. We have every right to know exactly what you are putting on our cellphones with an upgrade and if we don't like / accept the content of the upgrade we don't have a choice but to accept it if we want to keep using online banking.
3. Staying positiveI've never had an issue before when it was navy army now the switch to rally never seems to work and uninstalling it to reinstall doesn't help either.
4. It looks very fishy that you keep us in the dark like this and leave us no choice.I really have not had a bad experience with Navy Army or now Rally.
5. Still learning....but very happy with my Bank institution & it's all the information.You required an update to the app and you put "New features and enhancements" as the content of the upgrade.
6. I recommend (navy army) Rally to everyone I meet.Very informative & I am brand new to this technology.....you can absolutely call me an old dinosaur to this new technology fazz.
7. I therefore have no idea what is in my account and can't see because the app might not load.The app is one of the worst apps on my phone that I need to use and have access to daily.
8. It has made keeping track of paying bills, buying items online, and especially getting paid easy and very accessible.
9. It's extremely annoying.It takes some getting use to the new app, but what matters the most is that this is the best bank I ever had they are there when to help you with any financial need.
10. Then last weekend I had a borderline heart attach because after 2 days of the app being down I finally got in and my balances were wayyyy less than they should have been, but no drafts had shown to explain this.
11. Albeit a little more time consuming, patience and accuracy leads to a singnificantly improved account presentation and interaction.
