Why should I report an Issue with MyWardrobe - Outfit Planner?

1. It would cut off parts of the clothing and nomader what I did it wouldn't take a picture of the whole item.I wish I can give it 0 stars but it won't let me it is the most stupid and useless app in the world I log in and I spent all my precious time for a horrible app I have spent 1 hour taking pictures of my clothes and I CAN'T EVEN MOVE THE CLOTHES THE MOST ENOYING APP IN THE WORLD if u love yourself don't get this app it doesn't even deserves a 1 star honestly not even 0 stars it deserves a -10000000 because it sucks.I was looking for an app that would pick my outfits for me.

I spent an hour and a half taking pictures of my clothes and saw that I have to make my outfit for myself.This app is the worst it is SUPER slow it is hard to use and doesn't help at ALL DOESN'T WORK AT ALL THE STRAIGHT UP WORST APP IN HISTORY OF APPS.It's easy to use I love this app, the camera is crappy but it's easy to use and it's fun to plan you're outfits.This app is dumb I downloaded this app and had all my clothing on my gallery but there was no way that I was aloud to upload them that meant I had to retake all the photos.

3. Will probably delete.this app does not explain how to use the app.if you take a picture of a lot of things it doesn't say how to make an outfit with the pieces .

4. I don't really know what that's about but I would not recommend this app.right from the beginning every time I took a picture of my cloths it wouldn't work.

5. so i open the app and theres no turorial or instructions so i just tap the camera like button at the bottom of the screen to add a photo of my article of clothing, and the camera was all weird.

6. I'll be honest, i downloaded like 5 outfit apps to try out and this one i had high hopes for because of all the pictures on the app store.

7. 👎Every Time I close the app it deletes all my created outfits and the outfits I have chosen for specific days on the calender.

8. so over all it's okay but it did take some time to get out all of my clothes take pictures of them then make an "out fit'.

9. The camra doesn't work good, and there is a few more problems.

10. if you take a picture of something you'll say create outfit and then it won't create your outfit.

1. Fix MyWardrobe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyWardrobe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyWardrobe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyWardrobe" » Open MyWardrobe - Outfit Planner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyWardrobe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyWardrobe - Outfit Planner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyWardrobe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyWardrobe - Outfit Planner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyWardrobe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyWardrobe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyWardrobe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyWardrobe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyWardrobe not working

2. Fix MyWardrobe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyWardrobe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyWardrobe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyWardrobe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
