1. Using the Gallery option to provide the photo already taken and saved in your phone's gallery, just leads to the photo being placed the wrong way round!Helpful and has a lot of potential.

2. I need more than one pair.Camera function takes a photo and then you click 'ok' but the photo then disappears making it impossible to snap and upload photos of clothing this way.

1. Fix Shuffle Outfits Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shuffle Outfits: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shuffle Outfits App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shuffle Outfits" » Open Shuffle Outfits » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shuffle Outfits » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shuffle Outfits app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shuffle Outfits servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shuffle Outfits" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shuffle Outfits app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shuffle Outfits might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shuffle Outfits. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shuffle Outfits then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shuffle Outfits not working

2. Fix Shuffle Outfits Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shuffle Outfits be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shuffle Outfits not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shuffle Outfits may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
