1. Not going to use app with ads so if I don't hear back will be uninstalling and writing off my subscription fee.This app is absolutely horrible 1 the editing part is awful and I spend all day editing 2 the app says create an outfit it means sell an outfit I just wanted to make one 3 the worst one yet when i signed in it only had a option for Male and female THERE ARE MORE THAN 2 GENDERS this is a horrible app dont waste your time with itI literally delete four of my best app or no three of my best apps just to download this and then just to find out that you have to pay why can't you just tell us that you have to pay before we download the app I would literally give zero Stars if I coulddidn't get to use apps coz this is paid apps, only have 3 days free trial but before try apps will prompt you to agree for monthly subscription.DO NOT BUY! 2. Feeling cheated!!! BAD BAD!!apply for a month subs but there's still an error saying "order processing please wait for a few mins" more of an app trying to scam your moneybeen using app for a few days now fairly easy to use.

3. I paid for lifetime premium version but did not get upgraded and then no response when I emailed customer support.

4. 100% waist of money.Upgraded to lifetime .... no upgrade.

5. Offered option to upgrade EVERY time I open the App.

6. I went on YouTube but the directions are way too fast and small so you can't see it follow them.

7. It doesn't have directions on how to use and it's kind of confusing.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Closet Issues

1. Fix My Closet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Closet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Closet App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Closet" » Open My Closet - Create outfit coll » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Closet » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Closet - Create outfit coll app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Closet servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Closet - Create outfit coll" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Closet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Closet might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Closet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Closet then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Closet not working


2. Fix My Closet Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Closet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Closet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Closet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
