Why should I report an Issue with Combyne - Outfit creation?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. And there should be some way to lock pieces on the canvas because when I go to move or adjust one thing, it ends up changing something else or moving background pieces forward, which is a bit annoying.I love this app so much, and I'm constantly using it in my free time.

2. However, if you're more advanced in the game with trying to put layers on layers for background and other visual aspects, consider it a 4 hour hassle considering there is no undo button, and the layers cannot be locked from moving.

3. I searched "tears" &"teardrops" without any results which I thought was odd....But other than that it's a fun app..💃Please get rid of the annoying adds...thank youI've been using this app for years and I've enjoyed it a lot, but this new update sucks.

4. My phone is fairly new and works great, but the app occasionally freezes and crashes when posting outfits or itemsI love this app! It's so much fun to create and design different outfits and aesthetics.

5. The challenges are a bit weird at times... Just taking it slow they need a little more items under certain words that you put in the search bar it's a little tweaking that needs to be done.

6. Half the time I have to use a separate website to remove the background of an item, download a PNG, and then upload the item to the app.

7. For example, if I make my own wallpaper with frames, I could lock those, or save it separately and then put my fashion on top without having to click back behind the bigger items.

1. Fix Com Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Com: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Com App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Com" » Open Combyne - Outfit creation » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Com » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Combyne - Outfit creation app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Com servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Combyne - Outfit creation" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Com app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Com might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Com. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Com then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Com not working

2. Fix Com Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Com be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Com not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Com may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
