But this APP works great for moving cars or any type of equipment with a Serial number.What for did you made the change, that when we click on pickup address it starts the navigation to that address? You think you saved us a second needed to click on "start route", but you actually made us to spend a lot of extra time to cancel that route and to find that place to just look what is there (business or particular), details about working hours and to see how that location is hard for loading/unloading.

2. Definitely will try to convince my boss to move to other options.I would probably give the app four or five stars except on the last update for some reason the app no longer recognizes my camera when scanning a VIN number.

3. But I can't how do I fix the that.Was very good app for auto transport business, after last updated 09/28/20 its very slow,when you tap to open app its freezing like for 40 seconds or more, when you tap on your orders another 40 sec or more,whats happened?love this app,but please fix that.

4. The app uses data like crazy if you have limited data avoid it just last month it used 7gb of my data and 30gb of memory on my phone and even if you force stop this stupid it keeps running .

5. However, I transport other type of products and would love to be able to create a BOL from a rate confirmation sheet for other types of deliveries.

6. You made our job more difficult, because we do that while we driving, mostly.The app is good but now can't login into my friends account without entering the whole email and password.

7. Our complaints are there needs to be an area of payment, for the client to see when, pays ahead, cash, zell pay, check, credit card, certified funds, wire transfer, etc.

10. I use to just type the letter of there email and the whole email pops up then I could use my thumb print to open the app.

11. The bar code scanner does not work on tablet, and works 60% of the time on our phone.

1. Fix Super Dispatch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Super Dispatch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Super Dispatch App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Super Dispatch" » Open Super Dispatch: BOL App (ePOD) » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Super Dispatch » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Super Dispatch: BOL App (ePOD) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Super Dispatch servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Super Dispatch: BOL App (ePOD)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Super Dispatch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Super Dispatch might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Super Dispatch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Super Dispatch then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Super Dispatch not working


2. Fix Super Dispatch Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Super Dispatch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Super Dispatch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Super Dispatch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
