1. Imagine heading to the airport for a trip to find that the budget parking place is requiring you, without any advanced warning, to leave your keys with a valet until you return.

2. At the time of booking the listing did not say "no airport transport." When I arrived at 3am, 2 hours before the flight, I had to cancel there and rebook a different lot, still using Way and at a much higher price.

3. Showed up at the airport parking location after purchasing and all the shuttles were full for three hours.

4. When I arrived at the hotel, they said the parking was overbooked and we should call Way to find an alternative.

5. We ended up driving in rush to the long term parking, with the added costs that we were trying to avoid in the first place.

8. For my first experience, I had to extend my stay and got a receipt and confirmation number showing everything went through, but the new reservation never showed up in the app.

9. You pay by credit card and you have no way to cancel your order, you call or email and they will refund you in way buck's only.

10. You are better off doing a cheaper offsite parking and taking an Uber.Everything worked great with the reservation except the rate was $3 per day more than advertised.

11. Then you have to deal with the Way app's customer service to address the issue, but they don't care and take no responsibility for how their vendors run their business.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Way Issues

1. Fix Way Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Way: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Way App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Way" » Open Way - Auto super app » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Way » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Way - Auto super app app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Way servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Way - Auto super app" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Way app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Way might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Way. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Way then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Way not working


2. Fix Way Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Way be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Way not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Way may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
