MyMeds Customer Insights

1. It would probably work really well with people with different needs.I can't edit any if the required fields and without those being filled in, this app is useless for what I need it to do.Always locking out, had to constantly create passwords.

2. What really caused me to give up on its usefulness though was it having no ability to input special instructions like "take 3 tablets the first 3 days, 2 tablets the next 3 days..." Not the worst app of sorts I've tried though.

3. Force me to keep those records in the app so that you can sell my info to advertisers?? I hope thats not the case.App won't save meds after entered.

4. Why can't I just select multiple options, rather than have to type in all out in "other"? Also, a place for that long prescription number you get from pharmacies to identify your prescription would be nice.

5. Even the simplest things to input in the app I had problems.I take a medication for multiple reasons that are prelisted.

6. I'd love to go back and edit history taking certain meds.

7. I like that there's a web app so I can use this from work, I just wish the whole thing were less clunky and more user friendly. This would be perfect App if everything would work properly.

8. The app is clunky and takes a long time to reload screen after checking off a med.

9. My 9PM meds always appear before my 7AM and noon meds on the checkoff screen.

10. Sometimes I forget to check it off in the app but I definitely took the medication and there's no way to modify that once the day has passed.

11. Not worth the effort.Won't let me remove a medication I am no longer taking.
