MommyMeds Customer Insights

1. I am connected to the internet and everything else on my phone works fine.This has been my go to for nearly 5 years.

2. There haven't been any updates since March 2020 according to the app description and no responses from the developer to many subscribers not able to use the app.

3. My midwife recommend this to me so I could check medications while pregnant, I use a different app for lactation but this one was also good for that too until it stopped working.

4. I can use this app personally and professionally, but the app has many technical glitches where either the app won't open or certain features won't load even though I've paid for full access of the app.

5. I have an LG K20 android phone, so not just pixels.Was an incredibly useful app, but for the last 1-2 months at least, will no longer function on my phone (Pixel 2).

6. However, the past 2 months I haven't been able to get the app to load at all.

7. I would like a refund as I see so many other people posting about this.Has completely stopped working.

8. It keeps saying Internet Connection Error and telling me it can't detect an internet connection.

9. It just appeared as a blank white page- even after I would change my internet settings, close and re-open the app, etc.

10. Edit: app has stopped working.I paid for the app and I can't even use it.

11. Not even sure how to get my money back.I have a Google pixel 3xl and I guess with the latest update this app is not functioning at all.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MommyMeds Issues

1. Fix MommyMeds Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MommyMeds: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MommyMeds App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MommyMeds" » Open MommyMeds » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MommyMeds » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MommyMeds app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MommyMeds servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MommyMeds" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MommyMeds app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MommyMeds might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MommyMeds. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MommyMeds then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MommyMeds not working


2. Fix MommyMeds Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MommyMeds be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MommyMeds not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MommyMeds may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
