1. Would also like another "report" status added for "missing"Good idea, I wanted it to work....doesnt! I installed it and the app looks easy to use, started to add my gear fuji x-t1, done.....fuji x-t3.....not on the search list!? Its been out for a few months, so why is it not on the list for easy input.

2. if it didn't crash.... it would have gotten 5 starsThis app has been around for over 4 years but has no insurance options to select for gear coverage? Is that not one of the main selling points being stated on his YouTube channel? Disappointed.

3. If you want to have a place to put all your gear in then it's great, if you want what was promoted on his channel then you will be disappointed.Hugely disappointed.

4. Seems like the options to choose the gear were added by users, it's not easy to use.

5. So all my info that I meticulously input... which was a ton of gear... is poof! Gone! 😶.

6. after about a month with it.... I really really love it, but unfortunately after I input all my gear and kits it crashed.

1. Fix MyGearVault Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyGearVault: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyGearVault App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyGearVault" » Open MyGearVault » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyGearVault » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyGearVault app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyGearVault servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyGearVault" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyGearVault app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyGearVault might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyGearVault. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyGearVault then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyGearVault not working

2. Fix MyGearVault Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyGearVault be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyGearVault not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyGearVault may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
