1. This app is so convenient because now I can write an entry whenever I have a few minutes, right on my phone & the password option is fantastic!!! However.... its a little slow at times and I've experienced a few crashes and completely lost the entry I was working on... Overall, I still give it 4 out of 5!!🙂I just down loaded the app and at first use, I'm very pleased.

2. When the developers figure out how to add an auto-save feature, I'll reconsider installing this app again.For the most part, I love this journal app! i really love the feature that gives you the option to choose what day you are writing about.

3. One suggestion: Something I would love to see it have is back up to cloud, Google drive, Dropbox etc.. will really be good! I purchase a new phone I was thinking it had back up I lost all my entries and my photos.

4. The page "jumping" when you try to edit an entry should be fixed.Great for writing down ideas and keeping secret info private.

5. Also it would be nice if I could have an option to lock said folders with additional passwords so certain stuff could be guarded even better.I truly love every single thing about it.

6. Overall app is perfection! Beautiful app for women journaling/diary or just jotting notes.I have been looking for a diary app that has a lock code for my phone for awhile now.

7. You have to scroll through every entry to relocate the one you want to edit so if say I wanted to show someone one of my book ideas and they're sitting right next to me, they see everything.

8. 10th & the entry will be saved for that day! I also enjoy adding photos! And the fact that you can save it to a PDF is great.

9. It's easy to use and I love all the available options: fonts, theme colors, etc.

10. In the event i have to switch over to another app or take a phone call, my entry does not get saved.

11. The only thing i hate is that if you leave the app without saving, it deletes everything 😢 It should auto save! Please change this.Tried out a few of these apps and this one works for my needs.

1. Fix Diary Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Diary: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Diary App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Diary" » Open Diary - Journal with password » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Diary » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Diary - Journal with password app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Diary servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Diary - Journal with password" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Diary app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Diary might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Diary. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Diary then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Diary not working

2. Fix Diary Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Diary be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Diary not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Diary may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
