Why should I report an Issue with Notification History?

1. So the unusable tab "Week" looking like a joke on a user who may want to scroll down to at least yesterday's notifications.Great and useful app although list refresh makes it difficult to read single notifications.

2. Maybe selecting a single notification from the list could open a pop-up menu from which "remove similar" could be selectedI have been using this app for a very long time and I love it.

3. I only gave 4 stars because when i scroll through the log and idle for more than a minute or so or ?when a new notification comes in, I'm not sure, it will automatically return to the beginning of the list.

4. sometimes the difference from 4 star to 5 star app is tremendous!! if you also get triggered by ads and non free apps, just take that one instead! also: the main functionality that's missing from the free version, adding filters, can still be used with (always still annoying) opt-in video ads watching.

5. I'm not sure why it does this but it's quite tedious, especially since the lag spikes didn't disappear when I cleared the notifications and even kept up in the menus.

9. Any solution to this? filter functionality must be improved : it is sometimes difficult to remove some notifications.

1. Fix Notification History Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Notification History: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Notification History App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Notification History" » Open Notification History » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Notification History » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Notification History app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Notification History servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Notification History" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Notification History app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Notification History might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Notification History. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Notification History then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Notification History not working

2. Fix Notification History Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Notification History be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Notification History not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Notification History may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
