1. (happen when driver open another apps ie Whatsapp etc and didn't switch back screen to MyCar driver apps) Otherwise, the phone will ring for 1 sec and then auto terminate the job.Try to register, but at the end just show which document needed for submit.

2. one more thing, can make it stay with the previous app when we reject the trip? each time i reject the trip, will stayed at mycar driver app, i need to switch to my previous app everytime.

3. Choice for driver to pick both service or choose only 6 seater.. If no service type button, driver will always cancel on other service if ping come in.

5. thanks for improve.Overall it's fine...but when the app is open in my Samsung s7 the 3g signal does not show strong but instead it shows poor but when I on the app in a lower grade phone then all is fine.

6. My signal shows 4g+ but the 3g signal on the app shows poor or weakWhen there is a job coming in and at that time the app stay at background becoz was using Whatsapp, for example, was unable to see the job display.

7. Thank you.Your pick up location always give wrong place, please fix and improved, otherwise, it will burden the driver and also passengers.

8. The ringing sounds but the job display not shown and driver unable to pick the job.

9. system needs more fixing.please freeze for 2 sec when job pops out, because sometimes will press back button and accidentally reject the trip as it pops out too fast.

10. This current app design and features reflects your level of intelligence, which is lower than spit.upgraded now looks like grab interface.

1. Fix MyCar Driver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyCar Driver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyCar Driver App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyCar Driver" » Open MyCar Driver » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyCar Driver » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyCar Driver app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyCar Driver servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyCar Driver" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyCar Driver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyCar Driver might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyCar Driver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyCar Driver then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyCar Driver not working

2. Fix MyCar Driver Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyCar Driver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyCar Driver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyCar Driver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
