No excuse for the length of time ive waited especially after reaching out to customer service.I still cannot download the app it still force closes will not let you get past the part where you email us a code a few times after uninstalling and reinstalling it I cannot get past the first code you enterApplication has been stuck on being reviewed.
2. If Ive brought 2 bags full of food & 8 drinks, for a 3$ after driving across town... But you cant see the earnings until after youve rated the customer.Still waiting on a response from a supervisor.
3. It depends too much on manual intervention from CarGO support personnel.Drivers should be able to leave feedback after seeing the tips from the customer.
4. Also, i feel the drivers are backed by the company and they are willing to help trouble shoot or solve problems.Portions of the app are relabeled and adapted from the Lyft app.
5. unlike other apps (lyft and uber) you need three apps open to use this app.
6. I lose deliveries due to errors.i love that this is a locally supported platform unlike others that are available.
