1. It is imperative that these bugs are fixed with a more user-friendly interface.Unusable most of the time, full of random bugs, which may or may not resolve themselves with a resart of the app, restart of the phone or a resinstall, I have to reinstall the app every other week or so.App always goes to a black screen almost all the time.

2. Takes more than 5 minutes to open the app even! App needs to be fixed!!Ooredoo being one of the biggest mobile service provider in the country, and giving the customers an app with so many issues in every corner.

3. Need to login every time I open the app and WiFi connection isn't enough to open the app as it needs a higher connection to operate.Takes too long to start application.

4. Its stuck on black screen and after 30-40 seconds it will show the ooredoo logo display the interface.

5. Upon opening the app, a white screen with a stop button appears, and once a bill is paid, it cannot be reopened without registering again.

6. They keep pushing you to buy the high priced packages with more data than needed and make the lower priced packages unfit for use (reduced to 15 days from 30 etc.)Fix your app., more than a month.

7. I open this app, it's stuck on a black screen.
