Ooredoo Qatar Customer Insights

1. The latest of at least a dozen issues is Ooredoo's default credit card payment method denies all American credit cards because it forces Mastercard SecureCode, but no American bank uses it, Secure Checkout payment method no longer work at all and just gives an "Oops" error, and "is your contact information up to date" is broken. This app has hardly ever worked for me, that was 2020.

2. Now in 2023 the updated app is not working properly and charges from Hala, instead of my Flexi, with no option to use the Flexi parking facility.it's the worst app i have ever used , I'm unable to top up I've tried everything i could but at everything it just says "opps something went wrong".

3. I'm unable to see my account details, there is no other option working except help or more which are useless and representative at online chat also unaware how to resolve the issues.

4. I have to go each month to an automatic machine.Update: good and very bad: There's now an opt-out of marketing calls (which should have been an opt-in in the first place), but the add subscription button in the app does not work at all.

5. Vodafone is not looking that bad anymore, you know...The app doesn't work most of the time, I tried reinstalling it but the problem persists...not useful at all.

6. Yes i bought ooredoo that's when it went wrong.😑For more than an month it's impossible to pay online with an international card.

7. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Please update it and before launching the app test it, so you can save us our time.Unable to recharge even after several attempts.

8. The payment pages hangs after entering card details.

9. Very poor, almost non-functional interface.Horrible app with a ton of errors and functions that don't work.

10. ==update on 17/05/23== They change the app and make nearly impossible to find how to allocate your point on prepaid.

11. Tried uninstall and reinstalling also. The apps have plenty of lapses.
