1. They don't care their customers!!App not working, not logging in, even after updateNot working! Very bad service, the technical support man was very stupid in his dealings, his aim was to provoke the customer and distract him in order to undo his claim for his dues, my 3g service was deleted and I asked them to transfer money to my balance, but they did not do so, and they blamed the center that had charged my 3g the balance ,instead of correcting the problem.. the problem was not solved, this is the last time I deal with them, very frustrating!!!Not working,not logging inTerrible app.. Full of bugs.

2. I got a lot of messages saying download the app and get prizes like 500 nis.. I did, and I wish if I didn't... just give me one thing that is working in the app.

3. However, removing the app...Bad Experience with Ooredoo, because we sent them most the time feedsback, but the Ignor it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Ooredoo Issues

1. Fix Ooredoo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Ooredoo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Ooredoo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ooredoo" » Open Ooredoo - حسابي » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ooredoo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Ooredoo - حسابي app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ooredoo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ooredoo - حسابي" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Ooredoo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ooredoo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Ooredoo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ooredoo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ooredoo not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ooredoo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ooredoo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ooredoo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
