1. I am sorry, because I trusted this app that much about last 8 monthsAfter making the call I don't hear anything, only the person on the opposite side hears last one week this application is very bad performanceI've been using it for over 6 months and now the app won't let me login and I've tried multiple times and also sent mail to the support team, still no response and yep it's not working.. 🤐Rotating screen is frustrating, even though the app is good.

Developer either rectify the issues or start loosing the subscribers as for now I will move to an old app which has already solved old issuesInitially the video quality was v good but off late the video of the calls I received are blurred and there is lapse in the voice, all of a sudden the audio on call goes into fast forward.

3. I liked that they supported calling via Bluetooth in their April'22 release However, although they have introduced a resident services to ensure the app stays in the background and ensure you don't miss a call, I still "sometimes" don't get notified.

1. Fix Tawasal SuperApp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tawasal SuperApp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tawasal SuperApp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tawasal SuperApp" » Open Tawasal SuperApp » click "Update".
