I am sorry, because I trusted this app that much about last 8 monthsAfter making the call I don't hear anything, only the person on the opposite side hears last one week this application is very bad performanceI've been using it for over 6 months and now the app won't let me login and I've tried multiple times and also sent mail to the support team, still no response and yep it's not working.. 🤐Rotating screen is frustrating, even though the app is good.

Developer either rectify the issues or start loosing the subscribers as for now I will move to an old app which has already solved old issuesInitially the video quality was v good but off late the video of the calls I received are blurred and there is lapse in the voice, all of a sudden the audio on call goes into fast forward.

3. I liked that they supported calling via Bluetooth in their April'22 release However, although they have introduced a resident services to ensure the app stays in the background and ensure you don't miss a call, I still "sometimes" don't get notified.

4. I am not recieving calls it shows calling to the caller and after i open the app i get the missed call notification.

4. Check Tawasal SuperApp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tawasal SuperApp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tawasal SuperApp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tawasal SuperApp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tawasal SuperApp not working

2. Fix Tawasal SuperApp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tawasal SuperApp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tawasal SuperApp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tawasal SuperApp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
