Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Groove Pads Issues
1. Fix Groove Pads Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Groove Pads: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Groove Pads App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Groove Pads" » Open Groove Pads - Party DJ » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Groove Pads » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Groove Pads - Party DJ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Groove Pads servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Groove Pads - Party DJ" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Groove Pads app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Groove Pads might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Groove Pads. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Groove Pads then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Groove Pads not working
2. Fix Groove Pads Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Groove Pads be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Groove Pads not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Groove Pads may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am trying hard to cancel subscription on groovepad.
I am sooo angry I have canceled it once and it is back and takes my money. Please do cancel it. I will be glad to get refunded too .
