1. There's a lot I want to watch, so I hope this is fixed.I absolutely love this app, I can download music and new movies, my favorite thing is the free animation that I can download.

2. I use an android phone, and I can not watch any tv series, which is very dissapointing, it simply prompts you to retry over and over again, and the music does glitch out sometimes, and occasionally crashes, whilst using other apps, but maybe that is just my phone.

3. I am very much okay with having to watch ads because they're not that many but I am begging you to do something with the volume! I dont know if im the one with the problem but you are gonna break my ears drums one day I swear! The movie's audio is not that loud so i have to rise my volume but when an ad comes up so SUDDENLY without any warning! its a pain in the ears.

11. There are ads but they don't intrude your listening except if you're watching a music video but you can just close it out but I don't blame the dev for that.

1. Fix Tuner Radio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tuner Radio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tuner Radio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tuner Radio" » Open Tuner Radio - Stream Music Videos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tuner Radio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tuner Radio - Stream Music Videos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tuner Radio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tuner Radio - Stream Music Videos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tuner Radio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tuner Radio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tuner Radio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tuner Radio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tuner Radio not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tuner Radio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tuner Radio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tuner Radio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
