Why should I report an Issue with ShiftOne?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

1. App should be renamed AGAIN to "weakest link" it's science!Love being able to see my progress and also communicate with my coworkers and managementits a cool app for servers however it doesn't include bartenders in any of the rankings or competitions.... even when i work some serving shifts! I just want to be recognized and appreciated too!!!The app never sends me notifications.

2. The biggest issue for me is a feedback pop-up appears often, so I gave feedback and I got dozens of emails back asking for more info or telling me I didn't respond to the last email... Super annoying.I don't get any notifications or messages ever!!! Worked great and then updated and hasn't worked.

3. Maybe this new update will fix itBeen working there since 2016 been a great experience since I've been working there.I love all the people I work with.Helps all servers stay competitive and also helps management see who does their job, and well, in real time.

4. Communication is easier with this app too! I just wish that there was a private message option, so you could speak to management or find someone to cover your shift easier...Unfortunately, from the minute you download the app your phone is subject to an absolutely excessive amount of pings as the app notifies the team everytime there is a data update.

5. As such, most of my team as uninstalled the app, and I don't blame them.App that companys force employees to install and use so they can compare to each other in real time making it a constant competition to make each other look worse, so you don't get fired first.

6. I still get notifications from the app, but when I click the notifications it also just opens up a white screen.

8. The only way to not get them is to turn off notifications for the app or uninstall it.

9. This occurs everyday at noon (yay, annoying notifications) and randomly throughout the day.

1. Fix ShiftOne Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ShiftOne: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ShiftOne App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ShiftOne" » Open ShiftOne » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ShiftOne » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ShiftOne app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ShiftOne servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ShiftOne" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ShiftOne app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ShiftOne might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ShiftOne. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ShiftOne then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ShiftOne not working

2. Fix ShiftOne Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ShiftOne be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ShiftOne not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ShiftOne may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
