Why should I report an Issue with AddIt - Shared Shopping List?

1. Good app afterall.✔PROS⇨ Great UI & UX, simple & easy to use, neat & well organized UI, colorful categorization, image attachment, product catalog, shopping progress bar, shareable list, & device sync.

2. My old shopping list deleted an item if you touched it - without asking if you wanted to delete or edit and it drove me crazy! And I don't have to choose the category each time I type an item! Addit remembers the category we used.

3. Plus, we can see when others are checking off the items on the list in the store, so we can speed up our shopping by splitting up without worrying that we'll get duplicates.I LOVE it!! Exactly what I was looking for.

You can change the category of an item in the supplied database but once you move White Onions from Fruits&Vegatables to Produce you are apparently still stuck with Fruits&Vegatables as a category when the department at the store and the common name for that department used within the family is "Produce".

5. Sometimes I'm at work and want to make a shopping list for later—can't use phone at work all the time—so that would be a nice feature.

6. It also appears that you don't see as many items showing on the shopping list (larger font?).

Hopefully it'll get the one or two features I miss from this app added as it's still being actively developed.While the application is good and does exactly what I need it to, there are a few things I would like to suggest: 1) as a user after I logged in without an account, I can not create one.

8. The addition of being able to customize the categories is wonderful - we've renamed a few, hidden a few, and that's made scrolling to categorize items much easier.

10. I've switched to "That Shopping List" which is a more modern, less cluttered take on Addit.

11. The search results list is now obscured by the keyboard screen and you can't scroll it far enough to get past the keyboard screen.

1. Fix AddIt Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AddIt: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AddIt App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AddIt" » Open AddIt - Shared Shopping List » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AddIt » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AddIt - Shared Shopping List app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AddIt servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AddIt - Shared Shopping List" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AddIt app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AddIt might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AddIt. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AddIt then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AddIt not working

2. Fix AddIt Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AddIt be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AddIt not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AddIt may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
