1. Why bother to launch the service then not bother to implement the main portal through which people will use the service? Pretty impressive levels of retardation.Constantly broken bikes, and now I've been charged extra 5 euros twice in 3 days because the app placed the bike about 2 km away from where I actually parked, conveniently in 'no-park zones' I had to pay the first 5 because I needed to be somewhere.

2. Bottom line: Stick to Boris bikes or Lime.The idea of bike sharing in Tirana city, a great idea to me, but the way Mobike runs it could easily be better.

3. Great idea, unreliable service Whilst I've had many successful trips with this bike app, I've had way too many frustrating experiences.

9. As if the bikes themselve weren't bad enough (no gears, heavy frame, incredibly low seat) the bikes don't actually show on the app 95% of the time and you end up using Citymapper.

10. The app has stopped working a number of times for me, and the customer service is slow and spotty.This app severely drains my battery, even when not in use.

11. I've been late more times than I can count because I couldn't find the bike or it's broken.

1. Fix Mobike Global Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Mobike Global: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Mobike Global App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mobike Global" » Open Mobike Global » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mobike Global » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Mobike Global app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mobike Global servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mobike Global" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Mobike Global app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mobike Global might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Mobike Global. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mobike Global then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mobike Global not working


2. Fix Mobike Global Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mobike Global be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mobike Global not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mobike Global may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
