1. Only to have the system not function as well as it did before with the free trial!! Not happy at all!! And to add to the problem I have the highest speed internet there is and the delay is ridiculous! By the time it notifies me someone is at my door, they are gone!! Very poor service!!!The Maximus is useful when it works.

2. It's ok if I look at the page that has both of my camera views, but if I click into live, it goes loads, stays good for a second, then goes black.

3. When someone comes to my house and we view the live feed or speak to them, the app constantly loops saying "No Phone Network Connection" and "Connection Failed", even though everything has a connection and the thumbnails show the current snapshot.

4. I've had this floodlight camera for a few months now & my biggest complaint is that it doesn't do a good job of detecting people in the range I've selected.

5. Now it works pretty much when it wants to "literally." You could be standing right in front of the camera, and this has in fact happened with someone at my door, and the camera NEVER picked up.

6. Hundreds of dollars worth of cameras and only 1 hour of recent footage without a subscription.... It's worthless if you're away from your phone.I continually have to adjust the settings on this app! It would make sense to have an actual weekly schedule option, so that it will be turned on and off exactly when and how I want it to.

7. That's for both the camera listing thumbnail and when going into the camera to see the live feed.

8. A lot of times when opening the app the camera will display "No Network Connection" even though the camera has a signal.

9. Can walk in front of camera without recording a thing.

10. Works about 90% of the time.Purchased 2 cams and was about to purchase 2 more when I updated and paid over $122.00 for a year subscription.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Kuna Home Security Issues

1. Fix Kuna Home Security Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Kuna Home Security: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Kuna Home Security App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kuna Home Security" » Open Kuna Home Security » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kuna Home Security » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Kuna Home Security app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kuna Home Security servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kuna Home Security" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Kuna Home Security app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kuna Home Security might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Kuna Home Security. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kuna Home Security then reinstall.
