1. rubbish"New" FASTPASS feature does not exist in the APP Even though you login with your Rewards Account, the APP can't find any reservations without the Reservation Number, Dates etc Not a very useful appSo easy to use.
2. Sorry, but seems to be as bad as the NH internal booking software which is known to be complicated and slow.doesn't work at all.
3. Account creation and management doesn't work, app keeps getting stuck and freezing.
4. It no longer shows my booking, so I had to call and confirm with the hotel that everything is still fine and my booking was not deleted.
5. Why even have an app if you don't work to improve it or make it show at least the basic thingsLogin impossible, so stressful to do captcha every single minute.
6. Since I see many other reviews about the very same issue made a few months ago and NH does nothing to fix it, well, you can make your own conclusion :)I can't tell whether the app is good or not.

11. I've tried everything and repeated the process several times and evn tried to re install the app...Most likely one of the worst apps ice ever used.
