This is especially frustrating with options since you will need to start over and wait as you click through 3+ screens to find the exact option again.Acceptable app for quickly making simple trades and looking at your account balance, but it is buggy at times (switches between gains and losses views).
2. If I am an existing customer with account and biometrics setup, why would I need to see the option of "let's get started" or "login" every single time?! It was working fine with just login for years.
3. Manually going through your options is like walking on a beach full of dead whales, because some options you can only access one way and other options another, meaning more screens to bypass.
4. Very disappointed, good access to ML research but cant close out options orders without app crashing needing to rush over to computer.
5. I am assuming it was a bad attempt to have headers always on top? But yeah... to make it even worse, you can also scoll the headers sideways and values won't move...Stupid initial page on new version.
6. It's getting worse with time... While some functionalities were added, it seems like user experience is taking steps back.
7. I would be terrified if my only choice was to use this app if I quickly needed to react and make trades due to rapidly changing market or individual stock conditions where I didn't have proper orders already set up.
8. Some charts in the app have always been stupid! e.g when it's showing only 4 data points for a monthly chart instead of 30!This app is terrible for banking.
9. Expect a lag time of at least 5 seconds whenever you want to change screens.
10. It is very clunky and you will lose what security you are trying to buy/sell when you change which account you want to trade from.
11. It need some serious clean up, that's about the rest of what I have to say.I prefer to use any other app over this one, but the benefits for bofa are so good.
