Benefits OnLine Customer Insights

1. Everything else gives an error that my account doesn't allow visibility for historical performance, asset allocation, and even contributions (it says I have 0 contributions, even though I've been using ML for years...)Doesn't save preferences or password.

2. How about you use a few of your trillions of $s to fix your app ML?The app was working fine yesterday, then today I try taking a look at it and it says my user ID or password doesn't match their records...I'm using biometrics for the sign in.

3. If you want to plan for retirement, change your investment direction, change contribution rates, research stocks or bonds, or get the most basic of financial help or insight; look at literally any other app.

4. This institution never reached out to me to inform me of the fees they were pulling to keep my account open (my prior employer apparently paid for the account annual fees but m.l. never informed me that I was now responsible).

5. Hope you guys can get it together cause it's beyond annoying.generally works as intended if you wanna check your balance (that's all I use if for) but the functionality of everything else is terrible.

6. Then tells you your password is wrong makes change tells you your password is wrong got to call get it figured.

7. Resetting your password doesn't help until days later.

8. you'd think with a company this big that is associated with walmart and other big retailers they'd fix stuff asap but ig hiring a proper person to recode everything is too far outta their budget.

9. 2 little txt for customer service review.This app will not let me log in without changing my password every time I try to log in.

10. So unless I suddenly have different fingerprints, the app is glitching.I request to speak with someone on how best to continue with a 401k since switching between employers...that was about 4 years ago.

11. Start the same nonsense over again next time you want to check how much you got hosed on your 401k.

  4. Check Benefits OnLine app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Benefits OnLine might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Benefits OnLine. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Benefits OnLine then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Benefits OnLine not working
