Thank you very much! ❤🙏I love how I can put music on my photos and the options to do so much more it's like I pick out a song I find a photo and I can do a slideshow a movie a gif the whole app has endless possibilities I absolutely love it.

The only downfall is it doesn't have stickers or fonts so I have to use another app to decorate my picture and then I take the picture and put it on this so that I can upload it a song to it there's a few little things that could be improved but overall I love it 0More often than not when creating your video or post the music does not attach to the file.

3. Cannot believe I spent money on this app, it does nothing for uploading photos I want! Want a refund! I have requested twice through email and you still have not replied! Your app is a bait and switch scam! If I could I'd leave you a negative star ratingUnfortunately "Remove Watermark" button does absolutely nothing.

4. You can search any song in the world and it's easy to use!.I definitely love it and I'm so excited I found a good app for android users.

5. You can't select pictures from a certain directory in your gallery.Every single song I tap to play it spins around for 5 seconds and then stops.

6. I've used it for a few months and now I can only use it 3 or 4 times and then no song will play so I have to reinstall and then only get 3 or 4 times it works again.

7. Downloading a different app not messing with this anymore.Bug fixes solved the issue! It's commendable that the developer quickly spots users' feedback and sincerely addresses the problem.

8. Now when I uninstall and reinstall it not one single song will play.

1. Fix Sound Story Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sound Story: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sound Story App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sound Story" » Open Sound Story - Add music » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sound Story » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sound Story - Add music app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sound Story servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sound Story - Add music" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sound Story app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sound Story might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sound Story. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sound Story then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sound Story not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sound Story be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sound Story not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sound Story may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
