1. My local restaurant was very accommodating when I arrived, but I hate that this small business had to throw out over $100 of wasted food because of the tech problem!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Never heard of this company until we used them in Las Vegas our food was picked up 45 minutes late and delivered cold.

2. I placed an order and before the restaurant confirmed the order they charged my card.

3. Then when the restaurant didn't have what I ordered, they cancelled my order.

4. Not worth downloading this app.No way to contact your driver and clearly not thorough enough in who they hire, my food was never picked up from the restaurant.

5. Another 2 hr wait??? Can't get money back now, however my card has already been charged!! Not happy with this restaurant or this app! You charge a convenience fee to be very inconvenient.
